Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@intofeed.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Intofeed Pty Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Intofeed Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)
Damages and issues
Any products exhibiting abnormalities or damage of any kind can be reported and will be replaced/ refunded once the matter has been investigated.
